🎯 Requirements
- 1 year apartment/residential maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry)
- Willing to train toward HVAC certification
- CFC/EPA Type II or Universal certification a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using Windows and Outlook
- Able to lift 75 lbs
