Maintenance Technician – Make Ready – Bexley at Left Bank

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready process for vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Maintain overall appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep operations smooth
• Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• No HVAC cert required if willing to train
• EPA Type II or Universal cert a plus
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and climb stairs
• Background check required
