🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you’re willing to train toward certification
- EPA Type II or Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

- Pay: starting at $19/hour; $20/hour with EPA certification
- On-call pay: $150/week; +$150 per holiday
