🎯 Requirements
- 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
