Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds daily with the team
Help maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting/repair a plus
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
