Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders
Maintain property grounds daily
Maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Experience using hand and power tools
Background check required
