🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
- EPA Type II/Universal certification a plus; HVAC troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
