🎯 Requirements
- 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance exp
- HVAC certification not required if willing to train toward cert
- EPA Type II or Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair exp a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $19–$20/hour; EPA cert
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- On-call pay: $150/week + $150/holiday
- Quarterly bonus up to $980
