🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you’re willing to train toward certification
- EPA Type II or Universal certification; hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
