Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds daily
Help maintain overall appearance of community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus for HVAC troubleshooting/repair
No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Background check required

🎁 Benefits

Pay: $19/hr to $20/hr with EPA cert
On-call pay: $150/week + $150/holiday
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980
