🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year apartment/residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
- EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus
- Comfortable using Outlook and work order systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs and ladders
- Background check required
