🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
- EPA Type II or Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $19/hr starting; $20/hr with EPA cert
- On-call pay: $150/week, plus $150 per holiday on-call
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980
