🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required; willing to train toward certification
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $18/hour; $19/hour with EPA certification
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- On-call pay: $150/week plus $150 per holiday
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980
