Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain overall appearance of community, grounds, amenities, and pool
Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; rotating on-call

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Proficient with Outlook and work order systems; lift 75 lbs and drive a golf cart
