Lead technicians in day-to-day aircraft maintenance.
Perform duties of a Maintenance Technician; assume supervisor duties when absent.
Lead the team; ensure safe work per FAA policy.
Coordinate work with oncoming mechanics during shift changes.
Maintain clean, orderly work areas.
Provide on-the-job training and safety guidance.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
A&P license.
Engine Run & Taxi (ERT).
Airworthiness Release (AWR).
SOJT - Train the trainer (SOJT-TtT).
2+ years heavy line aircraft maintenance experience.
