- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on conveyors, sortation, and AS/RS.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and plan corrective actions; use CMMS for work orders.
- Read schematics for motor controls; troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
- Assist with installation/commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Ensure safety via inspections and adherence to LOTO and OSHA standards.
- Train junior staff and collaborate with teams to maximize uptime.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in distribution/fulfillment.
- Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
- 3+ years electrical experience up to 480V; PLCs, VFDs, HMIs.
- CMMS experience for maintenance activities.
- Technical certification and associate degree or higher in related field.
- PIT equipment experience; work at height.
