Maintenance Technician I (Temp)

📋 Description

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance; repairs; emergency service.
• Clean furnace/AC screens; oil motors; locksmithing; painting; carpentry.
• Daily cleaning/janitorial duties.
• Assist in moving equipment and furniture.
• Check work by outside contractors.
• Pest control: inspect and coordinate treatment with contractors.
