Maintenance Technician for Vacation Homes

📋 Description

• Travel daily between multiple vacation rental properties to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot appliances, wifi, basic HVAC, and plumbing to resolve guest issues.
• Coordinate owner-approved maintenance through tickets and vendor delegation.
• Be on-call for urgent issues and maintain guest/owner satisfaction.
• Maintain properties to company standards and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or vacation rental exp preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance exp preferred.
• Knowledge of appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps.
• Strong time management; able to multitask.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
