Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool
Maintain property grounds daily with the team
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Type II or Universal certification; HVAC troubleshooting
Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
Ability to work independently and be a reliable team player
Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Background check required
