🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Certification Type II or Universal; HVAC troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
- Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Physical: lift up to 75 lbs; climb stairs/ladders; use hand/power tools
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $24.50-$25.50/hr; temp, no benefits
- Stay Bonus: $100 after 30/60/90 days
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, 40 hrs/week
- On-site at Bexley Chamblee community
- Potential permanent hire if performance good
