🎯 Requirements
- EPA Type II/Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
- At least 2 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $24.50–$25.50/hour; temporary role not eligible for benefits/bonuses
- Stay Bonus: $100 after 30, 60, and 90 days
- FULL-TIME schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
- Optional on-call rotation with additional bonus
