Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
Help maintain the community's appearance, including grounds and amenities
Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Independent worker who is also a reliable team player
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

🎁 Benefits

Pay: $20/hour (and up, depending on experience)
On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls)
Additional $150 per holiday on-call
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
