Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
Maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of apartment/residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification Type II or Universal
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair
Strong customer service mindset
Able to work independently and as a reliable team member
Physical: lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs/ladders

🎁 Benefits

Pay: $22/hour (and up, depending on experience)
On-call pay: $150/week plus $150 per holiday
