🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair; Outlook/work order systems
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and be a reliable team player
- Physical/technical: reliable transport; lift 75 lbs; climb stairs; background check
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $24/hour (and up, depending on experience)
- On-call pay: $150/week
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call
