🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years in apartment maintenance
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

- On-call pay: $150/week + $150 per holiday
