Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
Help maintain the appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
