Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
Help maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification Type II or Universal
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

🎁 Benefits

Pay: $22-25/hour (and up, depending on experience)
On-call pay: $150/week + $150 per holiday
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980
