Follow work instructions and OSHA safety rules, PPE required.
Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test high-speed production equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical functions.
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; triage as needed.
Generate work orders and parts requests; perform PMs.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in food manufacturing.
4 years as a maintenance mechanic.
PLC experience is a plus.
12-hour rotating shifts; weekends and overtime.
Read and follow specs and schematics.
Welding and fabrication knowledge (food-grade metals).
