Install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment (assembly, conveyors, forming, mixing)
Follow work instructions and OSHA safety rules with PPE
Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust high-speed production equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical functions; read electrical diagrams
Prioritize tasks and complete PMs; document work orders
Operate forklifts and scissor lifts; maintain GMP and food safety

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in food manufacturing
4+ years as an experienced maintenance mechanic
PLC experience is a plus
12-hour shifts including weekends
Food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding knowledge
Fabrication techniques; electrical tools knowledge a plus
