Maintenance Technician (Days @ 6am - 6pm)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to plant operations safely.
• Maintain and repair plant machinery to industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regs.
• Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Diagnose and repair high-speed production equipment.
• Generate work orders and parts requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years of experience as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Follow manufacturing specs and schematics.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding.
