Maintenance Technician - Bexley at Heritage

📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Help maintain the community's appearance, grounds, amenities, pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
• Full-time schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
