📋 Description

• Travel between properties, perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi for guests.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and on-call coverage as needed.
• Maintain guest/owner satisfaction and property standards.
• Document tasks and manage tickets for maintenance.
• Provide on-site customer service and hospitality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rentals preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and digital systems.
• Strong time management; able to handle interruptions.
• Reliable, self-motivated; communicates clearly with guests/teams.
