📋 Description

• Travel daily across properties to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and support on-call issues.
• Maintain property standards and guest/owner satisfaction metrics.
• Provide cross-coverage and collaborate with the team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Hospitality or vacation rental industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and software platforms.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating.
