Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; inspections and site surveys.
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, partitions.
• Patch and paint walls; handle painting tasks as needed.
• Assemble, move, and install equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical components (bulbs, fixtures, switches, receptacles).
• Address urgent issues such as leaks, power loss, unsafe conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible and dependable; can handle varied conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer/vendor relations.
