Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including inspections.
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, and partitions.
• Repair electrical components: lights, switches, and outlets.
• Patch and paint walls; minor roofing, masonry, and floor repairs.
• Handle plumbing repairs: faucets, toilet seats, and drains.
• Assemble, move, and install free-standing and wall-mounted equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years in building maintenance
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting
• Strong problem-solving with proactive approach
• Ability to read prints, wiring diagrams, schematics
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
