Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and site surveys.
• Repair/replace hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, windows, and partitions.
• Troubleshoot electrical components: bulbs, fixtures, switches.
• Patch and paint walls; address minor roofing and masonry repairs.
• Assemble, move, and install equipment; address urgent issues like leaks.
• Handle plumbing repairs: faucet washers, toilets, clogged drains.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Strong self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
