Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Inspect sites and conduct routine surveys
• Repair hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, fixtures
• Troubleshoot electrical components (bulbs, switches)
• Address leaks, power loss, and unsafe conditions
• Patch and paint walls; minor roofing/masonry repairs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years building maintenance experience
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting skills
• Read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, schematics
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; long periods standing
• Strong self-starter with good communication
