Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and surveys.
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, windows, partitions.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical components, lighting, switches, and receptacles.
• Address plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related maintenance tasks.
• Assemble, move, install equipment; minor roofing, flooring, and wall repairs.
• Address urgent issues such as leaks, power loss, and unsafe conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years building maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving, self-starter, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient reading prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; sit/stand/walk for long periods.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; hand and power tools.
