Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, and partitions.
• Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, wall protection, and ceramic tiles.
• Patch and paint walls; address minor roofing and masonry repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical components: bulbs, fixtures, switches.
• Assist with snow removal, de-icing, and grounds maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting
• Strong problem-solving; self-starter; good communicator
• Read prints, sketches, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
