🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certificate in building maintenance from a vocational or certified school.
- 3–5 years in building maintenance.
- Read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficient with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Proficient with industrial hand and power tools.
