Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including inspections.
• Repair hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, windows, and partitions.
• Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, wall protection, and ceramic tiles.
• Troubleshoot electrical components: bulbs, fixtures, switches, outlets.
• Address urgent issues like leaks, power loss, and unsafe conditions.
• Assemble, move, and install free-standing and wall-mounted equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years building maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong self-starter with problem-solving abilities, teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
