📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in building maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong self-starter with teamwork and communication.
• Read prints and wiring diagrams.
