Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and inspections.
Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot electrical components: lighting, switches, ballasts.
Repair plumbing: faucets, toilets, drains; patch and paint as needed.
Read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics for tasks.
Assemble, move, and install equipment; address urgent issues to keep facility running.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3–5 years of building maintenance experience
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Strong problem-solving, self-starter with teamwork and communication
Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for long periods
