Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including inspections and site surveys.
Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, and partitions.
Troubleshoot electrical components, lighting, switches, and wiring.
Repair plumbing: faucets, toilets, leaks, and clogged drains.
Patch and paint walls; address minor repairs and install equipment.
Assemble, move, and install equipment; support site upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3–5 years of building maintenance experience
Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting
Ability to read prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Strong self-starter with good communication and teamwork
