🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; vocational certificate in building maintenance preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on building or facility maintenance experience.
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance.
- Proactive, dependable, safety-focused; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Clear, professional communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, and varied weather.
