Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and surveys.
Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, furniture, and partitions.
Repair/replace ceiling tiles, flooring, wall protection, and ceramic tiles.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components (bulbs, fixtures, switches).
Patch, paint walls, and address minor roofing, masonry, and block repairs.
Assemble, move, and install free-standing and wall-mounted equipment.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
3–5 years of experience in building maintenance.
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Strong self-starter with problem-solving and communication.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
