📋 Description

• Travel between vacation rental properties daily performing repairs and maintenance.
• Handle appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and on-call coverage.
• Maintain guest and owner satisfaction through quick service.
• Complete tasks across daily assigned sites and markets.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation industry preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with experience using mobile apps and digital systems.
• Excellent time management; able to multitask and adapt.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
