Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Travel between vacation rental properties daily to perform maintenance.
• Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and participate in on-call coverage.
• Maintain guest and owner satisfaction and property standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Hospitality or vacation industry experience preferred.
• Experience with appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to interruptions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
