Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Travel between multiple vacation rentals to perform repairs.
• Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and WiFi.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage maintenance tickets.
• Be on-call for urgent issues and help with cross-coverage.
• Maintain homes to uphold guest and owner standards.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or vacation rental industry experience preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and digital systems.
• Excellent time management, reliability and adaptability.
• Strong communication and guest/owner service skills; team player.
