Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily to perform repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage maintenance tickets.
• Respond to guest maintenance issues (appliances, wifi, cable, basic HVAC, plumbing).
• Maintain standards for guest/owner satisfaction and efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues.
• Maintain open communication with team and management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred
• Hospitality or vacation rental experience preferred
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and digital systems
• Excellent time management and ability to handle interruptions
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently in a team
